Troubleshooting Guide

Step-by-step solutions for common questions

1. Check the WiFi router in the main hallway — it should have green lights 2. Try turning the router off and on again (unplug, wait 10 seconds, plug back in) 3. Wait 2 minutes for it to restart 4. The network name and password are on the sticker on the router

1. Check if it's a general power outage (check street lights outside) 2. If only the house is affected, go to the electrical panel in the utility room 3. Look for any switches that have flipped down 4. Flip them back up one at a time 5. If the breaker trips again immediately, unplug the last appliance you were using and try again 6. Contact the property manager if the issue persists

The pool system runs automatically. If you notice an issue: 1. Check that the pool pump is running (you should hear a gentle hum) 2. Do not adjust any pool equipment settings 3. Contact the property manager — the pool technician can be on-site quickly

1. Make sure all windows and doors in the room are closed 2. Check that the AC remote is set to cooling mode (snowflake icon) 3. Set the temperature to at least 3°C below room temperature 4. Wait 10-15 minutes for the room to cool 5. Each room has its own AC unit controlled by a separate remote

1. Check if other taps in the house have hot water 2. The hot water system may need a few minutes to heat up after heavy use 3. Wait 15 minutes and try again 4. Contact the property manager if the issue persists

1. Check that the appliance is plugged in and the wall socket is switched on 2. For the oven/hob: the child safety lock may be engaged — check the manual on the kitchen counter 3. For the dishwasher: make sure the door is fully closed and latched 4. For the coffee machine: check if the water tank needs refilling 5. Appliance manuals are in the kitchen drawer

1. Make sure you are turning the key in the correct direction 2. The front door requires lifting the handle up before turning the key 3. If a key is stuck, do not force it — try gently wiggling while turning 4. Contact the property manager for lock-out emergencies
