Frequently Asked Questions
During peak season (July-August), we require a minimum 7-night stay from Saturday to Saturday. In other months, we offer more flexibility with 2-night minimum stays.
Well-behaved pets are welcome at Villa By the Sea upon prior arrangement. A pet supplement applies, and we ask that pets are kept on a leash in common areas.
Villa By the Sea is a non-smoking property indoors. Smoking is permitted on the outdoor terraces with appropriate ashtrays provided.
Small gatherings and family celebrations are welcome. For larger events or parties, please discuss with us in advance so we can ensure your special occasion is perfectly arranged.
Absolutely! The villa welcomes families. The pool can be secured with a safety fence (available on request), and we can arrange baby equipment rentals including cots and high chairs.
